Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [allipha003@gmail.com].

6. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
